With the holidays approaching there is no greater gift then a Sony PlayStation 3. Ok, maybe that is not entirely accurate as there will surely be a great deal of love and joy in the world if the wars abroad were to stop and poverty and hunger would come to an end, but it would probably be more realistic to wish for something that might actually happen within the realm of possibilities.
Well, then again, ending world hunger and all the wars in the world might actually be a bit easier to accomplish than the acquisition of a PS3! The reason for this is that there is such an incredible demand for the PS3 that it is very difficult to have the demand met. The reason for that is quite simple: more people want the PS3 than there are PS3 systems actually available.
Regardless of how much money an individual is willing to pay, the truth of the matter is that there are not enough systems to meet the demand! So, how does a person circumvent the problems that can result from the lack of availability in relation to demand? It all comes back to the issue of the Sony PlayStation 3 preorder.

When an individual decided to preorder a PS3, they thought they were eliminating the problems that scarcity can cause. Now, keep in mind that the reason for the scarcity is that the PS3 is such an amazing achievement in the world of home gaming systems. So it's no surprise that so many people love the system and wish to have it.

Of course, there are always going to be questions regarding the possibility that the hype surrounding the system is beyond that of the actual quality of the system, but the reality is that the quality of the system speaks vividly for itself. So, there is no crime in being so hyped up that one wishes to entertain a PS3 pre order in order to acquire the system as quickly as possible as opposed to having to wait until after the holidays are over and the systems are overstocked on shelves across the nation.

Of course, if you were on of the individuals that preordered a PS3 that does not mean that you were merely responding to the hype.
